Ingredients

4 cups Mushrooms cut into 1/4 inch slices

2 tbs Olive oil, extra virgen

1 tsp Sea salt /Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place mushrooms in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned mushrooms then place them in the oven.

  5. After 10 minutes of baking, shake the pan to ensure all sides are nice and golden brown.

  6. Continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Check and make sure there is no water in the tray. If needed, bake longer until the mushrooms reach the desired texture.

  8. Remove from the oven.

  9. Serve and enjoy your delicious baked mushrooms!
