Ingredients
2 large bunches Kale
2 tbs Olive oil, extra virgen
2 tsp Sea salt /Kosher salt
1 tsp Paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash the kale thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry.
Remove the leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Place the kale pieces in a large bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Toss the kale in the bowl to ensure an even coating with oil and seasonings.
Spread the kale pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the kale becomes crispy.
Remove the crispy kale chips from the oven.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes.
