Ingredients
2 Salmon fillets (6-ounce)
1 tsp Sea salt /Kosher salt
1/2 cup Vegetable broth
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 tbs Dill
2 tbs Olive oil, extra virgen
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Season the salmon fillets with sea salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk together vegetable broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, and olive oil.
Pour the prepared mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven.
Serve immediately.
