Ingredients

1 block Tofu, extra firm

2 tbs Olive oil, extra virgen

1 tsp Sea salt /Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Using a paper towel, drain and pat dry the tofu.

  4. Cut the tofu into 1/2-inch cubes.

  5. Place the tofu cubes on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Drizzle olive oil over the tofu cubes and sea salt

  7. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together, ensuring all tofu cubes are evenly coated with olive oil and sea salt.

  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the tofu cubes are golden brown and crispy.

  9. Once the tofu cubes are crispy and golden brown, remove them from the oven.

  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious crispy tofu!
