Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Rolled oats

1/2 cup Cranberries

1/2 cup Toasted coconut flakes

1/4 cup Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt

3 tbs Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Spread the granola evenly on lined baking tray.

  3. Bake on the center rack of the oven for 25 mins - 30 mins, stopping one or two times to prevent burning and to ensure the granola cooks evenly.

  4. When the granola is lightly golden, remove from the oven and let cool on the baking tray.

  5. When fully cooled, transfer to an airtight container or large glass storage jar.

  6. Enjoy!
